OVERVIEW
What it is. TRAY-STOCK® is a wooden tray specifically designed for the production of vibro-compressed concrete products. Available in Light, Standard and Strong versions, it features durable plastic surfaces and edge sealing on the entire perimeter for maximum impermeability and durability.
Who it is for. TRAY-STOCK® is intended for manufacturers of vibro-compressed concrete products – blocks, pavers, kerbs and paving – who need reliable and customizable trays for their automated production plants.
Why choose it. Tested and certified by the EPH® institute in Dresden, TRAY-STOCK® offers exceptional resistance to mechanical and chemical wear. The smooth surfaces facilitate cleaning, dimensions are customizable for every type of plant, and the Strong version achieves maximum performance in terms of weight capacity and usage cycles.
CHARACTERISTICS
TRAY-STOCK® TRAY-STOCK® is produced to customer specifications (Light, Standard e Strong).
- The product is specifically designed to withstand wear from the manufacture of vibro-compressed cement products
- The outer coating makes the panel impermeable to chemical and atmospheric agents, preventing deformation and extending its life
- Water resistance and smooth surfaces mean the product can be easily cleaned of any physical and chromatic residue
The thickness, width, height and type of profiles can be customized to adapt them to different types of machines.

ILPA’S INNOVATIVE PROPOSAL
The TRAY-STOCK® Strong panel has a composite structure that enhances the positive characteristics of traditional solutions and eliminates the negative ones.
The core of the panel is made of softwood planks which award rigidity and load-bearing capacity. Externally, two layers of birch plywood guarantee planarity and transfer the vibration force.
The whole structure is covered with two layers of a special plastic material, in order to aim:
- very high performance to abrasion;
- easy cleaning;
- moisture insulation.
The synergy between the best features of each material allows to obtain a truly outperforming solution. The high load capacity allows a reduction in both, thickness and weight to advantage the entire production process with a constant view of reducing costs.
